|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2021-3177 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 2 more | 10 Debian Linux, Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager and 7 more | 2025-12-18 | 7.5 HIGH | 9.8 CRITICAL |
| Python 3.x through 3.9.1 has a buffer overflow in PyCArg_repr in _ctypes/callproc.c, which may lead to remote code execution in certain Python applications that accept floating-point numbers as untrusted input, as demonstrated by a 1e300 argument to c_double.from_param. This occurs because sprintf is used unsafely. | |||||
| CVE-2021-27803 | 3 Debian, Fedoraproject, W1.fi | 3 Debian Linux, Fedora, Wpa Supplicant | 2025-12-18 | 5.4 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| A vulnerability was discovered in how p2p/p2p_pd.c in wpa_supplicant before 2.10 processes P2P (Wi-Fi Direct) provision discovery requests. It could result in denial of service or other impact (potentially execution of arbitrary code), for an attacker within radio range. | |||||
| CVE-2019-6111 | 10 Apache, Canonical, Debian and 7 more | 27 Mina Sshd, Ubuntu Linux, Debian Linux and 24 more | 2025-12-18 | 5.8 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| An issue was discovered in OpenSSH 7.9. Due to the scp implementation being derived from 1983 rcp, the server chooses which files/directories are sent to the client. However, the scp client only performs cursory validation of the object name returned (only directory traversal attacks are prevented). A malicious scp server (or Man-in-The-Middle attacker) can overwrite arbitrary files in the scp client target directory. If recursive operation (-r) is performed, the server can manipulate subdirectories as well (for example, to overwrite the .ssh/authorized_keys file). | |||||
| CVE-2021-3426 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 10 Debian Linux, Fedora, Cloud Backup and 7 more | 2025-12-18 | 2.7 LOW | 5.7 MEDIUM |
| There's a flaw in Python 3's pydoc. A local or adjacent attacker who discovers or is able to convince another local or adjacent user to start a pydoc server could access the server and use it to disclose sensitive information belonging to the other user that they would not normally be able to access. The highest risk of this flaw is to data confidentiality. This flaw affects Python versions before 3.8.9, Python versions before 3.9.3 and Python versions before 3.10.0a7. | |||||
| CVE-2019-3859 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Libssh2 and 2 more | 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Libssh2 and 2 more | 2025-12-18 | 6.4 MEDIUM | 9.1 CRITICAL |
| An out of bounds read flaw was discovered in libssh2 before 1.8.1 in the _libssh2_packet_require and _libssh2_packet_requirev functions. A remote attacker who compromises a SSH server may be able to cause a Denial of Service or read data in the client memory. | |||||
| CVE-2023-27043 | 3 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Python | 4 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Ontap Select Deploy Administration Utility and 1 more | 2025-12-17 | N/A | 5.3 MEDIUM |
| The email module of Python through 3.11.3 incorrectly parses e-mail addresses that contain a special character. The wrong portion of an RFC2822 header is identified as the value of the addr-spec. In some applications, an attacker can bypass a protection mechanism in which application access is granted only after verifying receipt of e-mail to a specific domain (e.g., only @company.example.com addresses may be used for signup). This occurs in email/_parseaddr.py in recent versions of Python. | |||||
| CVE-2021-3737 | 6 Canonical, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 17 Ubuntu Linux, Fedora, Hci and 14 more | 2025-12-17 | 7.1 HIGH | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in python. An improperly handled HTTP response in the HTTP client code of python may allow a remote attacker, who controls the HTTP server, to make the client script enter an infinite loop, consuming CPU time. The highest threat from this vulnerability is to system availability. | |||||
| CVE-2021-28957 | 5 Debian, Fedoraproject, Lxml and 2 more | 5 Debian Linux, Fedora, Lxml and 2 more | 2025-12-17 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.1 MEDIUM |
| An XSS vulnerability was discovered in python-lxml's clean module versions before 4.6.3. When disabling the safe_attrs_only and forms arguments, the Cleaner class does not remove the formaction attribute allowing for JS to bypass the sanitizer. A remote attacker could exploit this flaw to run arbitrary JS code on users who interact with incorrectly sanitized HTML. This issue is patched in lxml 4.6.3. | |||||
| CVE-2021-28861 | 2 Fedoraproject, Python | 2 Fedora, Python | 2025-12-17 | N/A | 7.4 HIGH |
| Python 3.x through 3.10 has an open redirection vulnerability in lib/http/server.py due to no protection against multiple (/) at the beginning of URI path which may leads to information disclosure. NOTE: this is disputed by a third party because the http.server.html documentation page states "Warning: http.server is not recommended for production. It only implements basic security checks." | |||||
| CVE-2021-28831 | 3 Busybox, Debian, Fedoraproject | 3 Busybox, Debian Linux, Fedora | 2025-12-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| decompress_gunzip.c in BusyBox through 1.32.1 mishandles the error bit on the huft_build result pointer, with a resultant invalid free or segmentation fault, via malformed gzip data. | |||||
| CVE-2021-23336 | 6 Debian, Djangoproject, Fedoraproject and 3 more | 12 Debian Linux, Django, Fedora and 9 more | 2025-12-17 | 4.0 MEDIUM | 5.9 MEDIUM |
| The package python/cpython from 0 and before 3.6.13, from 3.7.0 and before 3.7.10, from 3.8.0 and before 3.8.8, from 3.9.0 and before 3.9.2 are vulnerable to Web Cache Poisoning via urllib.parse.parse_qsl and urllib.parse.parse_qs by using a vector called parameter cloaking. When the attacker can separate query parameters using a semicolon (;), they can cause a difference in the interpretation of the request between the proxy (running with default configuration) and the server. This can result in malicious requests being cached as completely safe ones, as the proxy would usually not see the semicolon as a separator, and therefore would not include it in a cache key of an unkeyed parameter. | |||||
| CVE-2019-20388 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Netapp and 3 more | 31 Debian Linux, Fedora, Cloud Backup and 28 more | 2025-12-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| xmlSchemaPreRun in xmlschemas.c in libxml2 2.9.10 allows an xmlSchemaValidateStream memory leak. | |||||
| CVE-2018-14465 | 7 Apple, Debian, F5 and 4 more | 7 Mac Os X, Debian Linux, Traffix Signaling Delivery Controller and 4 more | 2025-12-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| The RSVP parser in tcpdump before 4.9.3 has a buffer over-read in print-rsvp.c:rsvp_obj_print(). | |||||
| CVE-2022-0391 | 4 Fedoraproject, Netapp, Oracle and 1 more | 10 Fedora, Active Iq Unified Manager, Hci and 7 more | 2025-12-17 | 5.0 MEDIUM | 7.5 HIGH |
| A flaw was found in Python, specifically within the urllib.parse module. This module helps break Uniform Resource Locator (URL) strings into components. The issue involves how the urlparse method does not sanitize input and allows characters like '\r' and '\n' in the URL path. This flaw allows an attacker to input a crafted URL, leading to injection attacks. This flaw affects Python versions prior to 3.10.0b1, 3.9.5, 3.8.11, 3.7.11 and 3.6.14. | |||||
| CVE-2020-27783 | 6 Debian, Fedoraproject, Lxml and 3 more | 8 Debian Linux, Fedora, Lxml and 5 more | 2025-12-17 | 4.3 MEDIUM | 6.1 MEDIUM |
| A XSS vulnerability was discovered in python-lxml's clean module. The module's parser didn't properly imitate browsers, which caused different behaviors between the sanitizer and the user's page. A remote attacker could exploit this flaw to run arbitrary HTML/JS code. | |||||
| CVE-2024-22391 | 2 Fedoraproject, Malaterre | 2 Fedora, Grassroots Dicom | 2025-12-16 | N/A | 7.7 HIGH |
| A heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the LookupTable::SetLUT functionality of Mathieu Malaterre Grassroot DICOM 3.0.23. A specially crafted malformed file can lead to memory corruption. An attacker can provide a malicious file to trigger this vulnerability. | |||||
